Container Spanz explicitly states that they do not take responsibility for council consenting
requirements.

Customers are required to ensure that appropriate consent is sought and approved as needed.

The company will not be held responsible for any failure on the customer's part to obtain

Engineer Approved Structure:

Container Spanz mandates that each shelter must be attached to an engineer-approved

off by a qualified engineering professional.

Risk of Damage and Voided Warranties:

Failure to adhere to the requirements, such as using the correct foundation or not obtaining
